About me

Having grown up in a nearby country town, Brad knows the benefits the country lifestyle has to offer. Brad completed his Business degree at La Trobe University in Bendigo and together with his wife Kate decided to call central Victoria home. Brad commenced his real estate career in 2005 at Stockdale & Leggo Bendigo, in 2008 Brad completed his Real Estate License and with a business partner opened Ray White Bendigo & Heathcote. Brad believes to be successful in real estate, an agency must be client focused, provide a stress free experience and deliver results. This is why Todd Property was established.
Brad & the Todd Property team have won the Rate My Agent award for the last 4 years running for the number 1 agent and agency of the year. This award is judged on the number of sales and for providing an outstanding service in the Heathcote region.

Brad was a pleasure to have working on the sale his positive approach was always re assuring .Brad even helped out arranging for work to be done on the house which was great because living quite a distance away this was not easy. I have had two occasions to use Brad Todd. The first was when my father purchased the unit and Brad could not have been more helpful. The second time was when I had to sell my fathers unit after sadly he passed away.Brad was amazing the unit sold in two days he had only had time to put it online.I have never had this experience with any other agent and would definitely recommend Brad he was fantastic.
