Flappin Gums - Give Me A Home Amongst Them

Sitting amongst the gum trees, this quaint little cottage is the perfect getaway.
A two bedroom cottage with a very welcoming front decking and an equally inviting rear entertainment area, lead into a cosy home. The kitchen is bright and has good storage and a central island. The dining room tells tales of an earlier era when sitting around the table for a Sunday roast was the norm. High ceilings and picture rails give that early Australian feel to it. Straight out of the set of the Sullivans with all the features such as sash windows , internal french doors with opaque patterned glass and high ornate plaster ceilings. The front living room is a great size and has a large gas heater that gives the glow of a wood fire. Polished floor boards add warmth throughout. Timber picture rails and door trim add the country ambience.
The Master bedroom is spacious and has wall to wall built in robes and very pretty picture windows. The second bedroom also a good size and built in robes. The house has the fresh smell of paint throughout and a central bathroom is light and airy. Outside is a delightful entertainment area with a wood heater and cafe curtains. The rear decking provides another outdoor room to catch the sun and enjoy views to the forest.
There is also a fernery off the decking and a bbq area. New lawn has been laid at the end of the decking and the backyard has several garden beds and some shedding. There is a garage with front and rear entry, a very large water tank under cover and a secure backyard. There will never be a neighbour behind you as the National Forest is through your back gate and is all yours to take a walk in whenever you wish.
The front decking has ample space to sit and relax and look out over the neighbouring paddocks with sheep and the serene front garden with natives and fruit trees.
An inspection is a must to appreciate what is here.
