This 40 acre property has a 25 acre dry grown vineyard comprising 18 acres of shiraz, 6 acres of cabernet sauvignon and 1 acre of merlot
The property has 15 acres remaining, ideal to expand the vineyard or a perfect location to build a house and/or cellar door and capitalise on the Northern Highway exposure
The vineyard will yield a minimum of 1 tonne of premium quality dry grown fruit per acre per year, tonnage increases significantly with rain
